Ride along on Stu Gralnik’s SG&S Railroad
| Last updated on February 11, 2021
Enjoy an in-depth and immersive tour of the SG&S Railroad layout. Follow Kline engine 1295 as it runs through a typical days work. This video was made by my Son using his GO PRO camera.
This was a good show . Looking at some of my train magazines from the 40’s it shows how things have gotten better. Never thought that you could view from the engine like that and the sounds are as they were back in the 40’s. Hope to see more from other operators , show us what you have.
Hey Stu nice job, didn’t see the Harbor with the lobster boat yet.
Well done. I really enjoyed watching your railroad operate.
Thank you all for the comments. The layout in the video is 12×19. there is a 4×13 raised level on the port end and a 4×10 On30 raised section on the engine shed end of the layout.
superb
What a wonderful layout, and really great photography. What is the size of the layout?
Beautiful layout, excellent photography, Great presentation!
Who said hi-rail was a toy? What a crafts man
!! FANTASTIC !! Great layout and very nice video. Congratulations.
An excellent video. The scenes and editing were superb. Love the weathering and details evident in the all the structures. The use of the on-board camera gave you views seldom scene in other videos. The switching sequences demonstrated the operational potential of hi-rail layouts.
Absolutely sensational! Great job of videography. I loved the detail in the extraordinary layout. Simply one of the best!! Thank you for sharing.
Great layout. It shows much care to detail and scenery. Enjoyed it thoroughly
this is the nicest layout I have seen very nice detail great job on the video
Fascinating! What a joy this must have been to put together a layout like this! Well done Stu! I see more work or tweaking to be done to the layout, but that is all part of being a model railroader!!!!
Gotta get one of them cameras !!!
what a wonderful layout. Such great detail and operated like the real thing very impressive.
Excellent action although there should be a longer time gap between the coupling and uncoupling of cars. Fascinating job.
Your camera work is very good. I enjoyed your railroad.
Absolutely stunning! what a piece of work you've done! And, those Redcoats in the woods were a nice surprise, I suppose there's a Revolutionary War re-enactment goin' on.
Gol-durn it! (As Hoss Cartwright would have said) I need a basement!
