Description: Video of my old 8×8 O gauge 1:48 layout I had in a small section of my home. Most of the building are Department 56 and Lemax with a few kit built buildings I’ve constructed over the years. There are a few HO scale buildings in the back of the layout for perspective too.
It was shot on my phone so please excuse the quality. Just something I uploaded on a whim….
This is a father son project for my two boys and I. Currently we are working on new bench work and soon will be constructing our railway on new, stronger bench work.
Sadly, this layout is no longer. But; new bench work and track will soon be laid and a new railroad emerge. Hopefully; better and more detailed than this little ditty.

Nothing like a Christmas layout (or trains at Christmas DVD) to beat the heat. I thought I was going to die this past summer!
This layout will always be in exsitence. You and your boys will remember forever. Anyways little citys never diminish…they just turn into a metropolis. But if it doesnt… the nostalgia of litte city america will never be lost. Especially with the magic of The Polar Express.
