I would like to model this layout in HO scale. Is there a more detailed track plan available, or additional photos available. I am not sure if the max grade is 2% (article) and illustration states 4%. Thanks for your help.
Hi folks. I was reviewing the original articles in the January and February 2000 MR for the Appalachian Central and had a question about the backdrop. Was it a two sided styrene backdrop glued to the wood frame or only one piece of styrene? It seems as though there would be two sides(two pieces of styrene glued to the wood frame) since you would view both sides of the backdrop, but I couldn't really tell from the article on constructing it. Thanks
