I'm trying to imagine how I would flip the plan so the L would be inversed to fit my area. I have been to Keith's and saw his layout. He is a brilliant modeler.

Great use of space. I really like the "virtual" industries in the aisle to increase car spots. This layout can keep one busy for a long time.
This looks like something I'd have room for. My space is only 16"x96". Finally, I may have found the starting point. Thanks!
