ST. LOUIS — RR Mergers & Acquisitions announces the sale of Allpress & Moore Railroad Signal Contractors to CDL Electric Company.

With operating bases in Missouri and Iowa, Allpress & Moore provides engineering, wiring, testing and construction for highway railroad crossings.

The company has performed work in the 48 contiguous states.

“We’re pleased to welcome Dennis Moore and John Allpress and their Class I, Short Line railroads and private industrial customers to CDL,” says Larry Seward, President of CDL Electric Company.

CDL Electric Company has been installing and maintaining railroad signals since 1996.

From its Pittsburg, Kansas headquarters, CDL has grown to more than 400 employees nationwide.
