Yep, if the caption is correct as to the train #, then it should be somewhere north of Sidney.
If train 9 runs from Sidney to Oneida, that’s not Liberty, which is a good ways south of Sidney in Sullivan County. Might be just outside Sidney after it crosses the D&H.

I miss the Old Woman! I recall seeing her pulling thru the Poconos with her FTs when our family took vacations. It is a shame little has been preserved. I still remember seeing the line of FTs sitting and rusting away in New Jersey, visible from the Pennsy mainline that ran overhead. Rest in peace.
