The photo for ‘The Airway Limited’ appears to be some type of prop, I have never seen a photograph with that many people across the width of the rear observation platform. Does anyone know the backstory?
The photo of GG1 4892 seems to have been staged on the 90 MPH curve just RR west of the present day Metropark Station in Edison, NJ. The train seems to be westbound. I base this on the following:I’d like to hear other’s thoughts on the exact location.
