NOTE 1: In background on track next to PRR coach yard is an apparent inbound PRR special train with 2 FP7’s and 15 cars, mostly lightweights behind 2 yellow (apparently UP) baggage cars forward, with at least one U.S. Government kitchen car mid-train, speculated to be a train from Valley Forge, Pa., where President Dwight D. Eisenhower hosted the Boy Scouts of America Jamboree. The train did not immediately come close to Roosevelt Road.
