  1. Hi Bob, thanks for your compliments. I hope to do more animation projects in the future and will hopefully get another more detailed video on here.

  2. Layouts like this require a lot time, effort and yes some bucks! In all fairness to those who build a train layout – everyone has his/her have their own idea as to what works best for themselves. We should offer a positive note of congrats to those who build a small layout with a limited budget to a large layout where money is of no concern. This layout and those who have built one, I offer congrats and nice job. Enjoy the trains and your layout and if it can be shared with those who don’t have a layout — all the more better..

  3. Thanks for the compliments. I have more ideas in my head for even more action projects for the the Jestjamo.
The grandkids are now 21 to 27 years old and yes when they can make it here,as are scattered all around they spend a lot of time in the train room. We are now impatiently waiting for great grandkids!, hint, hint.

  4. I’ve seen many layouts in my time, but this one is one of the best I have ever seen. Neil and Barbara have created even more interesting action using familiar Lionel and American Flyer operating accessories. Great work !

  5. Bruce,
I was a distributor for Zippo lighters at the time of the Millennium and they had a lighter inscribed “GET OVER IT”!

  6. It’s large and runs well. The description is a fitting one: “…they bought a slew of tables over which they put sheets of…plywood. Very crowded, with little thought as to what went where and why. Don’t care for RealTrax on large layouts; it’s too toy-like.
