Great Toy Train Locomotives Puzzle
This 500-piece puzzle features some of the greatest toy train locomotives of all time!
I feel that I am in the majority of modelers who have very limited space available for railroad operations and that this article was very informative. I, for one, would like to see more layout ideas for spaces such as 2'x8' and 2'x16'
Great small layout Kent. As usual, you have incorporated a lot of action in a very small space. Thanks for the motivation to get in my train room this fall and redesign my layout.
This is a brilliant small layout with extension and it would be exciting to operate. Of course the extension could be extended further to accommodate all sorts of possibilities. Only one small query though; I am wondering whether
it would have been possible to sync the sky colour on those backdrops?
Overall a great series of articles on all aspects of this fun layout!
Very,Very Nice!
This is a great video– lighting and viewing angles are excellent, as is the jazzy soundtrack! I enjoyed seeing little touches like the neon sign in the downtown storefront. The video showcases the Lionel Trackmobile and the MTH operating transfer station very nicely! The CTT crew did a commendable job of combining some familiar as well as some unique elements to make an enjoyable extension layout. I've watched the video several times. How about making another extension sometime in the next 6 to 12 months, with a heavy industry, dockside or skyscraper/downtown theme? That mainline begs to be continued! 🙂
Enjoyed the video. Have to agree that the wind turbine is a bit overpowering. The addition of the town to the layout was a great idea. I love the integration of Super Streets.
Nice work, enjoyed, keep it up. More to come?
Terrific video. It would be nice to see it from a higher overview showing the complete layout/s giving us a overview. Also, I agree that the video is a lot better to see the workings than pictures. Keep up the good work.
Kent,
Thanks for sharing your work. The integration of the vehicle traffic with the trains is especially interesting and well done. There are just some things that come through in a video that are impossible to appreciate in pictures. Thanks again. Frank
Very nice! First time I've watched this. The "Beep" gives me a kick. Also, the yellow car mover is interesting.
I think the giant windmill really overpowers the layout.
Other than that this is a very inspiring layout for those of us lacking room for a bigger empire.
PS: the music was great!
Excellent idea to add the video for subscribers. Would be great if a bit longer.
Cool!!
Terrific video. Thanks.
Excellent. Nice job from talented people.
Terrific video. Enjoyrd the article as well. Working on an S-Gauge Turtle Creek layout with 6-foot extension.
Thanks Kent ! I really enjoyed the articles the last few issues and seeing a video of the layout in action is just the cherry on top !
nice!!love street running trains..someday i would like to see a css&sbrr(south shore) steet running layout!!
That was fun! Great video!
Excellent! I've been looking forward to the article on the extension, so the video is a nice treat.
