  1. same remark, i looked for less than 100 sq.ft. but the database is untouched since April 2011 !

  2. Only have a 10 X10 ft. room, a 16 X 16 is a bit oversize.
    In my search I asked for 100 sq. ft. or less.

  3. A little glitch in the data base: One of my search criteria was less than 100 sq ft, and this one showed up in the results. I was so excited! But looking at the dimensions it is actually 256 sq ft. Oh well, to keep looking……
