I have been pulling my hair out trying to come up with a plan for N scale. This plan is great and would make an excellent N scale layout with extra's. Well Done
I am not very good at planning and I am going to build this railroad. so it will probley take me a little longer that most. I wish there was some place I could get a set of plans for this railroad.

I am about to start a new layout and this one fits my scope and size very nicely. I will probably modify it in places only to add different terrian. This is great.
