There are plenty of On30 track plans to fit 10×10. Most On30 users prefer small layouts anyway.
I've considered On30 but not sure this plan can actually be built in the listed space. While the track and equipment is somewhat downsized, the structures and other features are still O scale so I don't think they would really fit. Though upsizing to a 10×10 around the room with peninsulas for each spur might work well.
This is a very interesting track plan that fits a relatively large scale in a compact space. I have had a Bachman 0n30 train set sitting idle in storage for many years due to having only a 10'x10' train room to work with. But this plan would comfortably fit in that space and provide operating interest as well. Well done!
