Very nice layout! I'm looking for something like this – just bought a new house, and my mother-in-law is giving up some lowel level space for the layout.
Wife and her are both interested, supportive and already helping to plan scenery and even make it! At last – I have trouble with stick people – nice to have someone with an artistic flare.
