I recently purchased this product, and to be honest, it is one of the best 2-10-2 models ever made by Bachmann. The model features directional lighting and is equipped with a DCC decoder for compatibility with a DCC Controller. It also has unique drive rod connections on the wheels.
I recently gave it a break-in run on my layout with a heavy mixed-freight and it pulled it no problem.
I recommend this engine for anyone that is modeling a layout that would require a heavy hauler like the 2-10-2 to haul heavy loads that other engines might not be able to haul. Well that’s all I have to say, and I hope that this product review will enlighten many of you.
