This mighty locomotive is a real muscle for your layout. Capable of 80 cars alone, it’ll do the job without any helper. AC6000 features a powerful can motor, eight-wheel pickup/ drive, features excellent slow speed and smooth-rolling high speeds. It can go full throttle with a full load and cruise down the rails smoothly with excellent performance. Over switches it will fly right over with no problem and with out jumping or shorting a circuit unlike other locos.

The front and rear couplers are both Kadee No. 5 sprung (with a spring) to provide an excellent grasp on all of your freight cars. When using it to pull an excursion train of passengers, it will smooth sail to prevent a rough ride.

For sound features it has 28 sound functions (can be remapped for 9, 14, and 21 function DCC systems. refer to your owners manual for that.) and approximately 18 light functions.
