Dave Sellers’ HO scale Dayton & Southern RR is a freelanced HO scale model railroad based on a Baltimore & Ohio branch line. The model train layout is set in the 1950s and features many detailed industrial scenes.

  1. A mighty fine layout. Question regarding the bay window caboose. It appears to be SP, or is it NKP or perhaps NYC prototype? Was surprised to see a bay window on a railroad other than a class one modeled in the 50s.

  2. You used every inch of your layout to depict something…….I like that. Some like sparse placements of major items. Need a little work on evening out your switch tracks so the cars may roll a little more even, but; they stayed on track and that’s the main concern. Scenery galore….I love it back in my days[40-50s]. Job well done as far as I’m concerned “keep’em rollin”.

  3. Nice video. I am fortunate as Superintendent that Dave is a member of Western Division, Sunshine Region, NMRA. He does exquisite scenery work and he is helping the Western Pasco Club with their scenery.
