John Lazar’s freelanced HO scale layout is inspired by the Pennsylvania RR and the Ligonier Valley RR in the 1940s and 1950s. In this exclusive video short, you’ll see trains running through the western Pennsylvania scenery.

  1. I’m different when it comes to what I appreciate when viewing layouts, if it makes me forget ‘this moment’ and I can be consumed/transported in what I’m looking at (as we do when going to movies) it gets high praise, 100% & caboose’s ?…. !

  2. Beautifully done, thanks for the view and the realistic speed of the models, a lot of good work shown, I’m a “newbie” just getting ready to dip my toe into the pool…

  3. Nice. Only thing missing is a cloud of smoke coming out of the diesel’s stack. Would have thought there might have been a speed restriction going by the depot, or a least whistle blowing or bell ringing.
