  3. Why in the upper right are characters and not in English? I also agree that the gas cylinders should be contained. I couldn’t make out if the cylinders had caps or not. Could it be just empty tubes?

  4. Like the pipe load on the very first car shown. Now that guy riding in the National Cylinder Gas car would be violating a whole bunch of new rules unless that car was 100% empty. Compressed gas cylinders now have to be in a locked and sealed car.
