GARIBALDI, Ore. — The wait list is over.
The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad is now taking reservations for a second Trains Magazine photo charter with logging railroad locomotive 2-4-4-2 Skookum.
Trains and the railroad made the announcement late Tuesday. This photo charter will happen March 14 and 15, 2019, in Garibaldi along the shores of the Pacific Ocean. Tickets are available by calling the railroad at: (503) 842-7972.
This will be the first photo charter with Skookum since its restoration was completed earlier this year. An earlier announced photo charter on March 17 and 18 quickly sold out. Trains and the railroad had placed other people interested in a second charter on a wait list.
