LOS ANGELES – Todd McIntyre will join Metrolink as chief strategy officer, the commuter railroad has announced.

McIntyre joins Metrolink after three years at the District (of Columbia) Department of Transportation, where he was an advisor on strategic direction and decision making. Before that, he was a transportation specialist at the Federal Railroad Administration, where he managed oversight of programs including the California High-Speed Rail Authority.

“Todd brings a breadth of experience to the position of Chief Strategy Officer at both the local and national levels and a deep knowledge of transportation policy and legislative affairs along with direct management experience of commuter and freight capital programs,” Metrolink CEO Stephanie Wiggins says.
