READING, Pa. — As promised, Reading & Northern’s restored Reading Co. T-1 4-8-4, No. 2102, saw action in freight service on Friday, Aug. 19, hauling a 28-car train (plus caboose) from Tamaqua to Reading after a light-engine move from Port Clinton, Pa., to Tamaqua. Photographer Gary Pancavage provides two shots of the action.

Agree Mr Muller does run a first class operation and put a lot of his own money into 2102’s rebuild for all the fans. Looks like he is getting back some of his investment. I think 2102 is going to have to earn it’s keep! And it’s beautiful !
Totally agree, Mr Muller runs a first class operation while giving great service to customers and earning money for the company.
Nice! Railfans are blessed to have people like 2102’s owner who uses his business to make money and to share his hobby with the public. To him, I say thanks, YOU ARE APPRECIATED.
