MINERSVILLE, Pa. — Restored Central Railroad of New Jersey 0-6-0 No. 113 will head a special excursion on the Reading & Northern from Minersville to Port Clinton, Pa., and return on June 19. This 37-mile round trip trip is a benefit for popular R&N engineer Chris Bost, who is suffering from a nerve disease and presently undergoing therapy.

Led by No. 113, the train will consist of an open gondola behind the engine as well as five open-window coaches. The engine will face south en route to Port Clinton, where it will be turned to face north on the return trip. The gondola will be directly behind the engine both ways.  In addition to the train trip, a pig roast will be available upon the return to Minersville.

For additional information call 570-544-8300 or check the Project 113 Facebook page.
