WASHINGTON — Three days of scheduled hearings on the Canadian Pacific-Kansas City Southern merger — the first combination of two Class I railroads in two decades — will begin this morning (Wednesday, Sept. 28) in the hearing room at the Surface Transportation Board headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. EDT today, 9 a.m. on Thursday, and 9:30 a.m. on Friday, and conclude no later than 6 p.m. each day. It will be carried live on the STB’s YouTube channel.
The board also released a revised schedule for those set to testify, which includes a handful of additions, substitutions, and decisions not to participate from the original list released last week. The updated list is available here.
