A Colored marks on auto multi-levels are to designate slightly different deck height clearances on trilevels. Orange dots indicate a rack with all decks equal to or greater than 61.5 inches, and a blue square indicates a rack with at least one deck less than 61.5 inches. – David Longsworth, director of business unit operations and support for BNSF’s automotive group
