The Broadway Limited Imports HO scale EMD GP20 is back in more than a dozen paint schemes, including Wisconsin & Southern (WSOR). In addition to WSOR, BLI offers the GP20 decorated for Arizona & California; Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe (pinstripe and “Kodachrome” schemes); Commonwealth Ry.; Penn Central; Toledo, Peoria & Western; Southern Pacific; St. Louis Southwestern (Cotton Belt); Union Pacific; and United States Army. The Paragon4 series model is also offered in five fantasy schemes: Amtrak; BNSF Ry.; Chicago, Burlington & Quincy; New York Central; and Southern Pacific (“black widow” scheme). An undecorated model with CB&Q/Burlington Northern details is also available.
Features on the Broadway Limited Imports HO scale EMD GP20 include an ABS body, die-cast metal chassis, railroad-specific details, wire grab irons, and a factory-installed and painted engineer figure. The model, which has a minimum operating radius of 18”, will operate on code 70, 83, and 100 rail.
The GP20, priced at $369.99, has a dual-mode Paragon4 sound decoder featuring Rolling Thunder, back-electromotive-force control, a built-in capacitor pack, and all-wheel electrical pickup.
