Suddenly, today the contols are missing and there are dummy controls in their place. Please advise.

A couple of items: 1.) The temperature indicator is missing 2.) The “Full Screen” link in the lower right-hand corner no longer function. 3.) Sound volume adjustment is missing.

What is the refresh rate? At the moment, it seems rather low (like, ridiculously not ever changing low).
